Responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations of office.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Updates and maintains company’s social media accounts, by posting material provided by management (Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock (including kitchen and hygienic supplies)
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person/ office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail (including e-mail) /deliveries
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-3 years preferred experience in relevant job
- Good English knowledge
- Good computer skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Be positive, and motivated to work
